Personal Consultation

This is the first meeting with Just1MoreStep. Before we can begin helping you achieve your fitness goals, we will first need to meet with you to discuss your specific needs and requirements. The Personal Consultation is an opportunity to gather information about your personal history, your workout history and your current lifestyle. All of this information will be incorporated into your personal training program to help you achieve your very own fitness goal.  Realizing that everyone has different commitments in life, we will develop an individual program that is tailored to fit your specific needs and to determine the best option for your success.

During this time we will also inquire about all past and present injuries as well as any other medical concerns you may have. This will give us an idea of these areas and how they will impact the development of your personalized training program.

Just1MoreStep will organize and design an Outdoor conditioning classes.  These classes will be unique, challenging, and fun. These classes will be JUST for you!  Each class is tailored to accommodate your current fitness levels, goals, and fitness experience.

Gather a few of your family, friends, or co-workers for a Customized Outdoor conditioning sessions that are full of laughter, challenge, and adventure. This  is a  wonderful way to be active with your friends and family while enjoying the beautiful outdoors and all of it’s natural beauty and scenery.Group conditioning classes provide support and a lighthearted atmosphere,  which will allow you to stay focused, active and motivated.
