Introducing the POSE Method of running, developed by Dr. Ramonov

The focus of this specific clinic is to re-evaluate your running technique and to analyze your stride and gait patterns.  In learning the correct way to move and ambulate, you will avoid injury, and as a result, your running will be more efficient.  A series of “Pose method” drills will be taught during this clinic, which will enable you to be more efficient, have a better understanding of your stride and to engage in the methods developed and tested by Dr. Romanov.   The POSE method of running is ” a simple and comprehensive bio-mechanical model which eliminates injuries and enables every runner from novice to elite to fully utilize their physiological potential.”..Dr. Ramonov
