The Full Marathon

The FULL Marathon is a 16 week training program that focuses on preparing runners for the marathon distance.  Three sessions are scheduled annually to prepare runners for fall, winter or spring marathons.

Package includes:

· An individual training plan and program for beginners, intermediate or   advanced runners
· Specific strength training and flexibility instruction
· Weekly supervised long distance runs
· Technical Running singlet or t-shirt
