The Half Marathon

The Half is a 12 week training program that focuses on preparing runners for the  half marathon distances.  The Half Program has two sessions annually to prepare runners for their race.

Package includes:

· An individual training plan and program for beginners, intermediate or   advanced runners
· Specific strength training and flexibility instruction
· Weekly supervised speed and distance sessions
· Technical Running singlet or t-shirt
