The 10km Training Program

This program is a 10  week training program that focuses on preparing runners for the 10km  distance.  The training sessions will begin at various times throughout the year to align with some of  the best local 10km  races.

Package includes:

· An individual training plan and program for beginners, intermediate or   advanced runners
· Specific strength training and flexibility instruction
· Weekly supervised speed and distance sessions
· Technical Running singlet or t-shirt
