An interactive training schedule is provided for the race of your choice. Just contact Paula and let her know your current fitness, # days per week you run, current long run and pace time, current weekly mileage, race date and distance and you will receive a comprehensive training schedule. Explanations are provided for each and every workout. Your mileage/distances will be increase weekly along with increasing your tempo runs, hill training, progressive runs and your intervals runs. We will continue to update your fitness level as you progress and you workouts will become more challenging and yet rewarding. You are JUST 1 STEP away from reaching your goals.
