Personal Consultation

This is the first meeting with Just1MoreStep. Before we can begin helping you achieve your fitness goals, we will first need to meet with you to discuss your specific needs and requirements. The Personal Consultation is an opportunity to gather information about your personal history, your workout history and your current lifestyle. All of this information will be incorporated into your personal training program to help you achieve your very own fitness goal.  Realizing that everyone has different commitments in life, we will develop an individual program that is tailored to fit your specific needs and to determine the best option for your success.

During this time we will also inquire about all past and present injuries as well as any other medical concerns you may have. This will give us an idea of these areas and how they will impact the development of your personalized training program.

The following topics will be discussed:

  • Medical History
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation
  • Your Home Equipment and Available Training Space
  • Exercise History
  • Specific Goals – Short and Long Term
  • Developing an Action Plan for your Success

Fitness Assessment Procedure

The final stage of the personal consultation is a fitness evaluation/assessment.  We will perform a run analysis, and inquire about any injuries/discomfort you’ve had in the past.  The Fitness Assessment is important for anyone thinking of starting an exercise program, or anyone looking to modify an existing exercise program. It will help determine your current level of fitness, identify any strength and/or weakness, and give you a baseline from which you can set realistic and measurable goals. Your fitness assessment will include the following measurements and an interpretation of the results:

  • Personal Measurements
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Resting Blood Pressure
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Height & Weight
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Muscular Strength
  • Flexibility

Upon completion of your Personal Consultation and Fitness Assessment, Just1MoreStep will present you with a fitness assessment report. This report will contain your results, definitions and explanations to aid in interpretation of your results, and fitness guidelines to help you reach your personal, fitness goals.

OUTDOOR CLASSES

Just1MoreStep will organize and design a  Ladies Outdoor conditioning classes.  These classes will be unique, challenging, and fun. These classes will be JUST for you!  Each  class is tailored to accommodate your current fitness levels, goals, and fitness experience.

Gather a few of your family, friends, or co-workers for a Customized Outdoor conditioning sessions that are full of laughter, challenge, and adventure. This  is a  wonderful way to be active with your friends and family while enjoying the beautiful outdoors and all of it’s natural beauty and scenery. Group conditioning classes provide support and a lighthearted atmosphere,  which will allow you to stay focused, active and motivated. This will help you reach and maintain your fitness goals. NO MORE EXCUSES LADIES!!!!…this is JUST for you!!!!

You Will Need:

  • Exercise clothing and running  shoes
  • Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
  • A water bottle
  • Yoga/excercise  mat

Class Fees (cash or check):

  • 5 classes for $125 ($25 per class)
  • 10 classes for $200 ($20 per class)
