Through a customized and individualized training program, I will help you learn how to reach your goal…Whether it is to walk 5km, 10km, 21km or 42 km, or to take on the next step and run these distances…. Setting up a solid running program is an important part of achieving your running/fitness goals…. I will offer one-on-one coaching and training with independent sessions throughout the weeks..…or I can offer on- line coaching. On- line coaching is ideal for people with busy lives, and who are looking at guidance and direction with their training programs but do not require close interaction with their coach. Learn how to train correctly and effectively through a customized/individualized training program that is designed JUST for you, with your individual goals in mind.
